RETURNS POLICY
The following policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 days of dispatch in its original ‘unworn condition’.
For an exchange or refund, please do the following:
If the item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing fault and not general wear or tear then a full refund or exchange will be available at Fancy Feet’s discretion.

We accept the following cards through our secure payment processor Nochex, we also accept payment by Payapal.

Fancy Feet are committed to protecting your privacy so we will not share information we collect with any other organisations. We may however, use your information to inform you of any special offers or promotions that may be beneficial to you.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Fancy Feet are not liable if parcel is lost in transit. We always obtain a proof of postage receipt.
UK
Royal Mail standard first class delivery (3-5 working days) is £3.95 for one item. If orders have more than one item, postage costs will increase by £1 i.e two items will cost £4.95, three items will cost £5.95 etc.
For next day delivery orders must be placed by midday and there is a standard charge of £5.95 for one item. If order has more than one item, costs will increase.
EU
There is a minimum charge of £8.95 for shipping to EU countries. Costs will change depending on weight, for further shipping pricing please contact us.
International
There is a minimum charge of £12.00 for shipping costs outside the UK, for one item. Costs will change depending on weight, for further shipping pricing please contact us.
